In celebration of earning 75 Eagles for Fremont Elementary Eagle's Soar Program, teachers and staff members were silly stringed by students at the end of each recess on Friday. Our next goal is to get 100 EAGLES! Keep up the great work FES Eagles.

January Respect Winners
Students in the 3rd grade high ability reading group created kachina dolls during their study of the Navajo tribe. Kachina dolls are a craft made to resemble something from nature.
Awesome job on your crafts!
These 16 students participated in the 2024 FES Science Fair. Students had to discuss their scientific reasoning, results, and share their information with judges.
Students who earned first place will be eligible to participate in the Regional Science Fair competition at Trine University in March.
Congratulations to all the students who participated in this year's Science Fair.

Once we make the decision to open the schools, many parents rely on it and leave for work. If we then send students back home early, many will return to unsupervised bus stops and empty houses. Only in an extreme emergency will we consider an early dismissal.
ALL after school activities will be cancelled for tonight, Monday, January 22.
The Board Meeting scheduled for this evening will be cancelled as well and rescheduled for next Monday, January 29th. Time TBD.
❗️Elementary & High School will follow the Jan 15-19 menu for this weeks lunches.❗️
Fremont Community Schools will be in session following our 2 hour delay, Thursday, January 18th.
Middle School classes will begin at 9:50am.
Elementary & High School classes will begin at 10:00am.
Good Morning Fremont Families,
We have had a few questions regarding our texting service over the last few days. If you are listed as a parent or guardian for a student, then you should automatically be enrolled to receive messages from us. The phone number on file must be a cell phone number to receive these notifications. If you are not listed as a parent or guardian you can download our app to receive notifications through that platform.
If you are not receiving messages, or at some point have opted out and would like to start receiving them, you can text the word "start" to 98900.
As a reminder, we will only send out important information such as delays and closings through our texting service. This platform is not used for spamming purposes.
Should you have any questions or concerns, or continue to not receive messages, please contact Jacqui Patton at the Administrative Office.
Have a safe, warm and wonderful day!
