Seeking School-based Attendance Mediators
Function: A school attendance mediator (SAM) will participate in mediation meetings between a student, family and school personnel when traditional attendance interventions have not been successful.
Specifics: A trained mediator can expect to facilitate between two and four mediation session per month. Each session will last approximately one hour. Mediation meetings will be scheduled by a mediation case coordinator and will be scheduled according to mediator availability. Mediators will be compensated at $30.00 per session. Training requirements: Virtual training dates are June 1, 8 and 15 from 7 pm to 9 pm. One in-person six- hour training is also required and is scheduled for June 17, 9 am -4 pm. Time spent in training will be compensated at $25 per hour.
Please note: school employees cannot mediate in their buildings.

There will not be IMPACT tomorrow, Tuesday April 18th, 2023 for Fremont Students. Students will report to school for their normal afternoon class schedule.
This weekend, 6 of our middle school girls will travel to Indianapolis where they will compete at the Indiana State Gymnastics meet for their club teams. We would like to wish Aria Schrock, Natalei Patton, Arlee Covell, Brooke Miller, Claire Senecal and Kaylee Neuenschwander the best of luck!
The Fremont Elementary Spring Carnival is May 19th from 4:30-7:30pm and will be located in the High School Gym. Don't miss out on this fun filled event!

Reminder: Fremont Community Schools, in partnership with the Cameron Medical Group, will be hosting a Sports Physical Clinic on Tuesday, April 11th at the Middle School & High School. Be sure to get your appointment with Sarah Foster scheduled.
