In-Person Registration for Grades K-12 is tomorrow, July 30th and Wednesday, July 31st from 8:00am - 4:00pm. Online registration MUST be completed as well for both new and returning students.

Our 24-25 School Shot Clinic is just around the corner!
Parents if your student is an incoming Kindergartner, 6th grader, or Senior this vaccination clinic is a great way to get your child their school-required vaccinations.
If you have any questions regarding your child's vaccination status please get in touch with Sarah Foster RN at 260-495-4386.
*Medical and religious exemptions are available upon request and on the school's website https://www.fcs.k12.in.us/page/health-service and must be filled out each school year.

🦷 The dentist is coming to our school! 🦷
The School Smiles on-site dental program provides on-site dental care at our school for ALL students that signup to participate. The dental team will set up inside our school and they accept Medicaid, private insurance, offer self-pay rates and grants through their foundation.
Registration is now open online at: www.schoolsmiles.com/student-signup with over 100 languages to choose from when completing the online form.

With the 2024 - 2025 school year quickly approaching, we wanted to remind our Eagles of some important dates.
🦅 Freshman Orientation will be held in the High School Auditorium - Door H9
🦅 All School Registration - All new and returning students will need to complete the ONLINE registration using your Snapcode. ✏ Middle School and High School in person registration you can visit the school, pick up your schedules, check out your lockers and get help with any questions.
✏ Elementary in person registration is REQUIRED. As there will be other paperwork to complete, and documents to pick up.

The Corporation Office will resume to normal summer hours on Monday, July 8th.

This past year, The Joe Stempien Memorial Community Leadership Scholarship Fund was able to raise funds and hand out two scholarships to two Fremont High School students. They would like to increase both the quantity and the amount of the scholarships being handed out each year to our Fremont Students, and by doing so they need your help!
They will be hosting a golf tournament at the end of July. See the attached flyers for registration and sponsorship opportunities.
