Health Services Information

Welcome to the School Nurse web page. Health services are provided and/or supervised by a Registered Nurse to protect and promote the health of our students. Our primary mission is to provide exceptional health services to support every student’s academic success. I supervise corporation-wide health office activities to assure compliance with regulatory standards set by the Indiana Department of Education and Indiana Board of Health. In the absence of the nurse or clinic health aide, our office staff in each building are trained to assist your child.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Please help the school nurse care for your child by:

Informing the nurse if your child has any chronic or acute illness, recent surgeries or injuries
Communicating with the nurse directly if medication or health needs change or if they have been exposed to a communicable disease such as strep infection, chicken pox, COVID-19.
Updating the phone numbers on your child’s emergency card so the nurse/office can always reach you
