The first grade recently had their annual Fire Safety field trip, which takes place at The Fremont Fire Department. In addition to discussing fire safety, each year the Fremont Fire Department puts on a coloring contest for students in the first grade.
Congratulations to Emerson and Mallory for being the selected winners this year! 🚒

Erin's Law requires all public schools in each state to implement a prevention-oriented child sexual abuse program which teaches: Students in grades PreK – 12th grade, age-appropriate techniques to recognize child sexual abuse and tell a trusted adult.
We have SCAN (Stop Child Abuse and Neglect) scheduled to come November 4th and 5th to the High School. Each presentation is about 55 minutes, so we'll have one grade level from 8:05-9:00, then another from 9:05-10:00 on each day starting with freshmen. High School students report to their first block class during flex on November 4th and 5th to recoup the lost instructional time.
